I asked Lane (owner of the shop) to share her story so that I could write about it on the blog. Her response was beautiful, and I feel like I'd be doing her an injustice to put my spin on it, so here it is. Her story in her words.Read More
It's officially spring (!!!!) which means it's time to splurge on some new key players for the wardrobe. Lucky for me, I discovered the treasure trove that is Pürre Boutique.
If you're ever at The Camp you NEED to stop in. This place is pürre magic (see what I did there?) Clothes, accessories, gem stones, hand picked vintage goodies from Duste Goods... it's aesthetic heaven. I'm so honored to be working with them as their first Insta rep! Many fun things to come in the future...Read More
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. I have great news!!!! My friend Taryn is a super talented jewelry designer and she is fiiinally gracing the world of Etsy with her stuff!! See these earrings? Taryn thought them up in her brain and then made them come to life. They're the type of thing I never want to take off. Ever. I would sleep in them if I was a little less practical.
Go get yourself some earrings Be your own valentine, u feel me???
She was like, "hey, can you shoot some tablescapes for me?" And I was like, "guuuurl, I've been waiting for you to ask!!"
About a year ago this lady and her best friend got together and created Willow & Wine, an amazing one stop shop for allllll your event planning needs. Seriously. If you need florals, lettering, planning, sweet conversation, or advice on how to be fabuuulous, Willow & Wine is at your service.
I was fortunate enough to spend an afternoon getting a behind the scenes glimpse at what goes into all the table making magic.
As I sat back and documented all of the things, my one resounding thought was this: creative hearts inspire creative hearts. It's so beautiful it makes me want to cry. All happy tears of course...
This is Monica Danielson and she brings life to the table.
When I first started dreaming up this blog I was afraid to transition. I had my photo website all set up the way I liked it, and the creation of a lifestyle blog meant that I was shifting my focus and would have to take my photo portfolio down. I was afraid to make the change because I didn't want to loose touch with the side of me that picks up a REAL camera to shoot.
That is why I am so excited to announce the addition of the community tab to the blog!
This tab is the tiny corner of the internet where I will come to post the photos that I take of the people who inspire our community. I cannot wait to see this compilation of faces and stories grow and grow over time.Read More
